Stack+ works month by month. You start earning from 500 points, each new level raises the rate for everything you play afterwards, and points go back to zero on the first day of every month. Rewards are paid in cash as you level up, with no wagering.

The monthly reset is the main thing to plan around. A player who reaches level 5 on the 20th keeps the level 5 rate only until the end of that month, then starts again from zero.
